These finishing barrels had previously housed pulque (the traditional Mexican fermented agave-sap beverage)

The flavor profile is characterized by ripe red and black fruit notes

and a hint of oak from careful aging in French oak barrels

which are native to Spain and contribute to the sangria's light and crisp character

Roku Craft Gin Minori NA Wine Vintage after vintageRoku Gin brings you Minori Select Edition, a limited release that celebrates Japans seasonal abundance with a refined blend of handpicked fruits and botanicals. Delicate Japanese Melon, rich White Peach, and subtle Ume Plum harmonize with Yuzu and Japanese tea, creating a distinctly bright gin with a hint of fruit that captures the fleeting beauty of peak ripeness.
