Description

Each clone fermented separately in small open top fermenters

This is flavoured vodka with no added sugar

We patiently waited (sampling the cask each year) until it was brimming with complexity

All our gin botanicals are vapour-infused

We then add a small amount of Lemon Myrtle which elevates the tropical notes and provides a distinctive eucalypt and lemony hit to the gin

Ulupna Sweet Lady Shiraz GMS Each clone fermented separately inUlupna Sweet Lady Shiraz is a unique late picked Shiraz delivering a full flavoured rich and ripe shiraz. It is not sweet but big and bold with a great finesse and balance.
