Ovum Wines, Big Salt White Blend, 2023 12.5% zippy whiteDoes what it says on the tin! Mostly Riesling with a touch of Muscat and Sauvignon to boost the aromatics, but mostly SALTY! Orange blossom, grapefruit and jasmine with a tickle of ginger these grapes aren't hiding, and we're here for it! Open this on the beach, in the garden, in the park, outside.
