Domaine d'Ici La, Les Noirettes, 2023 *Good Stock floral liftA crunchy expression of Gamay from fantastic alpine vineyards in Bugey. It undergoes a short carbonic maceration and is aged in inert concrete tanks. Juicy and fruit forward, with serious elegance and precision. Clean yet very mineral finish. Made by a young couple who are excited to hopefully make their mark on a lesser known region with great potential. If you like Beaujolais, try this.
