Domaine Eleni & Edouard Vocoret, Chablis 'En Boucheran', 2022 Bio Gina’s Californian take on aSat between the Premiers Crus of Montmains and Vaillons, on deep clay soil. This wine begins shy on the nose but opens out to another signature wine from Eleni and Edouard with tension and finesse. Citrus zest, waxy and fresh cut blossom on the nose develop into underripe pineapple and tart passionfruit. The finish is long and clean with a mineral edge.
